Chef Julie was born and raised on the Seacoast. She was trained at the Cordon Blue Culinary School, formerly of Dover, New Hampshire. She worked in several local restaurants prior to launching Cure. She has enjoyed serving the local community.
The name Cure emphasizes the preparation of our proteins. We brine and slow cook many of our meats to ensure maximum tenderness and flavor. All meals are prepared daily from scratch, with the freshest ingredients. We work hard to guarantee that every dish meets our high quality standards.
In the cozy kitchen, you'll find that every team member works diligently to create plates that highlight complexity of flavor and quality; our chefs take the time to ensure that.
